We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is situated in a peaceful area, right opposite a beautiful park. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks in the park, which was just by the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We were also pleased to find that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a fine view of the mountains. The location was perfect - in a calm neighborhood next to a beautiful park, and relatively close to the airport. The staff was polite and helpful, with one young gentleman standing out for his excellent explanations. The breakfast was delicious and the Wi-Fi network worked without any issues. great value for the money.

The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood, close to the park and a short distance from the nearest metro station. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, with a spacious balcony offering excellent city views. The staff is friendly and the spa facilities are amazing. There is also an ATM and a few shops within walking distance.
The staff treatment could have been better, as there were issues with the room allocation and no suitable solution was offered.

The view from our balcony at Vitosha Park was fine. We could see the beautiful surroundings and it made for such a peaceful and relaxing stay. Plus, the size of the room was excellent and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The WiFi was reliable and the hotel's restaurant served delicious food at affordable prices. I would highly recommend this hotel for its amazing view and comfortable rooms.

Great location for those with cars, with free parking on surrounding streets and a beautiful park nearby. Plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets in the area. Impressive amenities like a fitness center and swimming pool/wellness center are worth returning for. Top floor rooms with spacious balconies provide an extra touch. Complementary toothbrush and shaving kit, although the "natural" scented soaps are a bit strange.
